What's your current turnaround time from purchase to delivery to me?
For most orders, please allow 1-2 weeks for design curation and an additional week for delivery. 
 
What if you don't have the font I want?
If we don't have the font you're interested in, we'll either suggest an alternative or purchase it to add to our collection. This additional fee will be billed separately.
 
Will you forward over a mock-up before printing?
Because this is personalized from a design template, we don't send mock-ups. If you've selected 'Yes' to the Custom Font section, we will follow-up with a mock-up via email. you have any concerns, please reach out to hello@alyssaamezdesign.com.
 
Is the wood backer board included with my purchase?
No, BUT we have a tutorial on how to DIY this exact look. Click here (coming soon)!
 
What size is the wood backer board?
I love to use a 24" x 48", 1/2 MDF. 
 
What size standoffs should I purchase?
The diameter of the screw needs to be smaller than 0.375". We love these ones right here!!
